Job Responsibilities and Overview:
- Coordinate with the Chef de Partie to ensure that the hot and cold kitchens always have everything they need to function properly.
- Share any new information, client feedback, or other pertinent data with the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie to keep the area running well.
- Follow all HACCP protocols and local ordinances religiously.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a love for service; experience in a similar capacity at a five-star hotel is a plu
