Job Responsibilities and Overview:
- Coordinate with the Chef de Partie to ensure that the hot and cold kitchens always have everything they need to run well.
- Share any new information, client feedback, or other pertinent data with the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie to keep the area running well.
- Maintain strict adherence to HACCP protocols and local ordinances.

Qualification/ About the Applicant
- Prior work experience in a similar capacity is preferred at a five-star hotel.
