Salary for Cleaning Attendant job:

• AUD 20-30 per hour

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Keeping all common areas clean and tidy
• Regular office cleaning duties
• Cleanup of the whole zoo grounds, including all walkways, entrances, service roads, and major structures, as well as the disposal of trash and garbage.
• Cleaning and upkeep machinery operation (e.g., vacuum cleaner, leaf blower, broom, mop, dustpan, gurney, buggy, etc.).
• Keep up the great dialogue and warm hospitality.
• Capacity to stand and move quickly throughout the entirety of a shift Capacity to work in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Being able to work outside in all kinds of weather, including extreme heat and cold, for long stretches at a time, and standing and walking for long distances without tiring.
• Prior work-related experience is preferred but not required.
• Competence in speaking with and helping customers
• Extensive availability, including on non-working days and during school breaks
  own transportation, as there is no dependable public transport in this area

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• Certifications and skills pertinent to the position
• Extensive background in WHS
• License to operate manually
• Proof of vaccination against coronavirus (unless exempt)
