You will be responsible for providing great customer assistance to our clients across a variety of chat platforms if you are hired to work as a CRM Chat assistance Representative. You will be responsible for assisting consumers with their inquiries, resolving any technical problems that may arise, and creating a great overall experience for the customer.

We’re providing full training for a 2-month internship in CRM Chat Support. Top performers may be offered permanent positions paying up to $80,000/month. Job responsibilities and duties

  • Background in computer science, information technology, or a closely related discipline is preferred, as is a strong logical and technical mind.
  • Possess high-quality English writing and speaking skills, and be able to clearly explain intricate technical topics to audiences who aren’t experts in the field.
  • Proven background in delivering customer service via email, instant message, or another written medium.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and software, ideally coupled with expertise in providing CRM application support.
  • The ability to quickly diagnose problems and find effective solutions for customers is a must.
  • Capable of retaining accuracy and precision while working quickly and juggling many chats at once.
  • Superb capacity to organize one’s time and focus on what’s most important.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to work irregular hours (including nights, weekends, and holidays) to meet demand for round-the-clock customer service.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and experience with help desk or ticketing systems are assets.
Skills for this position
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism while chatting with consumers on our CRM system.
  • Help clients who have questions about the CRM’s features, operation, and application.
  • Find and fix bugs in the customer relationship management software.
  • Help clients by walking them through the steps needed to fix their problems.
  • Meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) by responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy.
  • Complete and accurate client interaction documentation in our CRM system.
  • Help resolve complicated customer issues by working with other teams, such as development and product management, and offering constructive criticism for ongoing enhancements.
  • Maintain familiarity with the most recent upgrades and improvements to your CRM system so that you can always serve your customers with the most current, correct information.
  • Bugs and system concerns should be reported and escalated to the technical staff as soon as possible.
  • Focus on providing excellent service to your customers in order to keep them happy and coming back.
Qualification:
  • Experience in either technical assistance or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • It’s no problem to work nonstop for six months.
