In your role as Manager of Cabin Crew, you’ll oversee a group of Performance Managers whose job it is to train, supervise, and assess the efforts of the cabin crew to achieve the company’s goals. You will give vital strategic support to Senior Management to identify, implement, and analyze initiatives and procedures to meet and exceed departmental objectives.

Job Responsibilities and Overview:
- Manage a group of managers who are responsible for the productivity of the cabin staff.
- Maintain a high level of safety and service at all times while in flight.
- Control the productivity of the cabin crew and make sure they act professionally at all times.
- Analyze and aid in the creation of in-flight services, safety measures, and product improvements that further company goals.
- Help Cabin Crew achieve their targeted Key Performance Indicators and advance in their careers through coaching and advice.
- Communicate with the appropriate parties to determine training requirements and to suggest appropriate training.
- Develop a plan for growing the Cabin Crew workforce and deciding how to choose new members.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators and make sure they are being used and shared with the rest of the Crew.
Qualification/ About the Applicant
- To be considered for the post of Cabin Services Manager, you should have either a Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of relevant work experience in the field, or a High School qualification,
- Vocational qualification, Diploma or Equivalent, and at least 9 years of relevant work experience in the field.
- A globally recognized degree in public relations or performance management
- Prior Cabin Crew experience and experience as a Performance Manager for a heritage airline are both pluses.
- Excellent Business Communication and English Language skills.
- The ability to delegate work, establish clear directions, manage workflow, and provide good mentoring/coaching abilities; the capacity to motivate the team to produce outstanding results; the ability to delegate work; and more.
- Capacity to identify and approach problems logically and rationally, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent moral character, focus on detail, sound judgment, and the ability to make sound decisions.
