Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Breakfast service must be run every day in accordance with established protocols.
• Weekly food service product ordering and stocking.
• Keep the breakfast buffet well-stocked and appetizing at all times. Get the morning stuff ready.
• Maintain a spotless and well-organized breakfast area under your watchful eye. Dishes, tables, and floors all need to be cleaned, dried and put away.
• After breakfast is over every day, the kitchen and dining/café facilities get a thorough cleaning.
• Keep perishable food items in a safe and secure location.
• Defrost the fridge when necessary.
• Carry yourself as a positive and professional ambassador of HI USA and its mission.
• Make people feel at home by greeting them warmly and serving them well.
• In the event of an emergency, follow established protocols and move swiftly to address any pressing problems.
• Other responsibilities are allocated by the hostel administration.

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• Education Level: Completion of High School or Equivalent
• Superior abilities in interacting with clients.
• Capacity to remain composed and competent under pressure.
• Capable of working in a high-pressure workplace, with multiple tasks at once First-aid and food
• service certifications, or the willingness to obtain them
• Prior work in the service industry or a similar field is preferred.
