Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Evaluate and carry out the necessary repairs to complex customer biomedical equipment issues.
• Set up and engage in proactive daily communications with customers to guarantee a resolution and proper follow-up, which will ultimately result in customer satisfaction.
• Be able to work with the necessary knowledge of safety requirements, UBS policies, customer policies, performance standards, and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate must have an associate’s degree.
• Must have at least more than 1 year of experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be legal to work in the USA.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
